SYMA Services Pvt. Ltd. is the brainchild of mature, dynamic professionals having vast industry experience. Personal experiences combined with the need to adapt and innovate to meet new challenges faced by the industry, lead them to build services around the most important factor of any organization: the Human Resource.

The Organization: An organization is built around a vision, with specific goals and a mission. This paves the way for the organization structure, role definition, personnel policy; hiring process, performance appraisals, compensation and benefit plans and other HR processes for maintenance and tracking of people and their growth in the company.

 

 The People: Employees are the most valuable and critical assets of an organization. Many companies have a growing cadre of “Generation X” employees who are roughly in the age group of 25-35 years in addition to the newer, younger, more confident, savvy “Generation Y”. The needs of these generations are different and must therefore be understood well to build strategies to hire the right people and strengthen employee relations.

 

Training: This is the third area that needs focused planning to get the best blend of “Good “attitude with the right knowledge and skills in people. Training people in technical skills is often easier than helping individuals to identify and then work on the soft skills to become better individuals who work better.
